I ate the brisket grilled cheese sandwich and it did not disappoint... I loved it ! The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful which I really appreciate especially in Midland. The restaurant is clean and comfortable if you get the chance to stop by I highly recommend it... Thanks Crude Food !!!

Food is pretty tasty but overall it seems a tad overpriced for the value. The green chili mac and cheese was very good, but still not as good as homemade. The brisket on the grilled cheese sandwich I had was outstanding but a $12 grilled cheese sandwich even with brisket just doesn't sit right with me although the smothered brisket burrito was definitely worth what I paid for it. 7.8/10

We used these guys for our Xmas luncheon. They forgot all of the sides we ordered. The brisket was dry, the BBQ chicken legs were marinated in vinegar (gross).
