Every time I come here I always have to get the El Jefe Sliders. My absolute favorite! All of their fries are always pretty good and crunchy! If you want a very filling lunch or dinner, come here! The service is always great! I love the Houston-inspired art, too! I miss living in Houston so much so I’ll just come here to grab a bite and just stare at the artwork.
Now that's a slider. I went with a friend and tried three different sliders. I loved all three.

My favorite place to eat when I visit midland. Delicious and satisfying. Check them out at happy hour for great specials. Very unique food and drinks that will keep you coming back for more.
