Paul took our order and was terrible. Seemed to not be listening even in the slightest, very rude, and my icecream is terrible. I ordered a chocolate chip malt and got a vanilla malt with almost no chocolate in it, no more than 5 pieces of chocolate in the entire malt. We also got a peanut butter blizzard and it is not blended hardly at all, there are huge spots of icecream with no topping or anything in it, as well as he just shoved them out the window at us and slammed the window closed before we could say anything about our order and never returned to the window. We could see him standing away from the window on his phone blatantly ignoring us. Terrible service And needs a whole new staff. And I need a refund.

Showed up employee looked at us and walked away waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the register, and never got anything.Crazy what happens back in the kitchen with all them just talking back there

The crew treated us rudely, without reason, that we could figure out. We were ignored, given no attempt at service, and were not appreciated or thanked in any way. We tried to put ourselves in someone else's shoes and continue to be friendly regardless of how we were treated. Working fast food isn't easy. However, there are plenty of folks who work fast food with an amazing attitude (Sonic on Big Spring is a perfect example of service excellence). We've been to this location several times without incident until today.

Was not very fast but not too slow. Did was freshly made seeing I ordered steak fingers and ice cream delicious as always!!
I went to this dairy queen today and I asked the employee at the counter for a cupcake in a cup, pero no hay nada y la gringo gave me a cone in a cup with confetti dip on top. He lied to me, charged my card for something I did not order and made me have a bad day so I am very disappointed in this locations things. Because the other dairy queen told me we don't have that because they were being HONEST, which as a customer I respect. AND THEN to top it off this ladies CHILD was in the back of the store working. He looked no older than 7 and was just with his grimey hands touching TODO. Not ever coming back and I want a refund.
