I went to this dairy queen today and I asked the employee at the counter for a cupcake in a cup, pero no hay nada y la gringo gave me a cone in a cup with confetti dip on top. He lied to me, charged my card for something I did not order and made me have a bad day so I am very disappointed in this locations things. Because the other dairy queen told me we don't have that because they were being HONEST, which as a customer I respect. AND THEN to top it off this ladies CHILD was in the back of the store working. He looked no older than 7 and was just with his grimey hands touching TODO. Not ever coming back and I want a refund.

One of my worst experiences so far. I come in with my work crew, bought my coworker a burger, asked for a Jalito, the girl rings up a Hungr Buster even after she repeated #5 and I said yes. The manager was completely useless, I came back inside cause my coworker said they need my card to refund and fix the order. I didn't even put my card in and the scanner said invalid, I tell the girl, she spent a whole minute staring down the manager until he walks by and she wave him down, I get if you're new so I'm not mad at the girl (although I'm sure she was barred out and coming down on some else) but the manager was rude and useless. A girl that came in before us didn't get her food until like 5 minutes after we walked out and her ice cream melted by that time.

My gravy was like water/it was water? ? ? and once we finished our meal, our stomachs hurt SSOOOO BAD? ? WE almost thought we were food poisoned. I don't plan on ever going back there.?

Literally needs all zero stars ZERO!! Where to begin. Got out of work late says they stay open till 11 we got there at 9:42. They went ahead and took our order didn't say anything about closing. So the guy taking our order was nice but the other staff were so rude. My mom is disabled and had to rush due to the staff looking at us very ugly and making comments. Even my son who is 8 and has more manners and common sense said why is she looking at us rude. If you didn't wanna serve us you should of just said sorry we're about to close. But instead took our order and looked at us ugly! I'm trying to be as nice as I can explaining this. Sorry this is the worse dq you can eat at! This is why they're never packed. I don't know how they stayed open this long. Next time I want food this late I rather take my business else where. And the nachos disgusting were cold and just plain nasty!! Go down the street that DQ is better than this one. Another thing yall need to update yalls time on here.
