Dickey's Barbecue Pit

First time I’ve ever gone in to a Dickies BBQ Restaurant that the food sucked. I order food from this same location through DoorDash always get my food very hot and very good. I took back to counter because it was cold. They apologized then made it again and I get it again cold VERY DISAPPOINTING because this is one of my favorite places for BBQ. Will never eat this location again. They had NO CARE about the service.

Drive thru was empty kind of slow! ?But I was hungry so is all good! ? is not clear but the guy at the window Got Us!!! Cool ? gentleman!! Only order a quick LB of pull pork and is Good! The spicy ?️ barbecue ? sauce is lit ?! And I know sauce! Price not bad competes with HEB!

Not many options for barbecue in Midland Texas so we decided to come to Dickey's they give you very small portions and charge a lot they give you very minute amount of meat and small cups for serving sides. When we got here the guy rang us up and then we went to get ice there was no ice in the machines we went to get tea and the t was out so we asked him to fill our drinks they were standing around joking and playing went to sit down and out of seven seats all of them were dirty and then we're clean we had to find a clean seat in the deserved mediocreal code cold food with small portions I would not recommend this place

I usually get the same thing, 2 meat plate, chicken & ribs. This Dickies was good, drive-thru was quick. French fries need to be crispy not limp. Coleslaw was excellent. Wish my local restaurant in Blue Mound was as good as the restaurants in West Tx. Appreciate the military discount.

I get people make mistakes but to call back to this location to get the mistake corrected the Manager was rude! She needs to be demoted and re-learn on how she should handle/talk to customers that have complaints.

Waited 45 minutes past pick up time for my order and they didn’t even get it right. I didn’t notice it was wrong until I was home and I was not going back to wait again. The girl working in the back is also very rude. I guess it’s hard to find good help but she should remember it’s the customers who keep the doors open.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, several days out of the week they close the dining area for no reason.We drove around back and saw several of the workers smoking marijuana while the dining area is closed on a Saturday night.Will not be returning to this location!!!
