Domino's Pizza

I just ordered and they didn't give me what I ordered, and they even cut the pizza like a put in the order

Food was delivered to the wrong address. Waited over 2hrs. Driver never said sorry for the delay or anything. Still tip him. Bro can’t even read numbers.

Pizza was cold.
He forgot my ranch.
Bad customer service.

I just ordered food and I had called to tell the lady that I found a long hair in my pizza and I didn’t know if she had someone blonde on her line or not . She said No so I left it be and hung up but this is the hair . We all have black hair in our home .

Domino’s makes Excellent pizza, delivery is quick, prices are good. The 2 dominos outlets I’ve ordered often eat from are on briarwood, and on midkiff.

Went to pick up my order and had to deal with rude staff and then wanted $1.00 per packet of parmesan cheese and crushed peppers. How freaking ridiculous. I can go to HEB and get a bottle of each, for less. Then after getting home and ordering extra toppings it was not done.

Paid for extra tomato sauce and got none at all once again

All food items are cold, as it they took 15+ min to delivered an order ready for a while. I even called them to know how much longer they will take to deliver the order around the corner from their location

This dominos is my favorite. Whether I have delivered or we pick up it’s always spot on. They are always so kind & cheerful when you go in. They make everyone feel seen and welcomed. When delivered it’s usually on time & hot. I’ve never had any issues and we order a LOT! I appreciate this location! Thank you guys

Let me just add this too — as I drove past today I saw the delivery driver running to his car to get that delivery done. Which made me come and make this review.

This is the best dominoes in midland Texas. I work nights and I order late and I know I’m that guy that orders last right before closing and we know how annoying that is lol but the staff is always friendly the pizza and the sandwiches and chicken come out hot and fresh. As a late night orderer this is my go to. Thank you dominoes behind HEB. I appreciate the good quality and good service.

Just ordered from the mix and match menu and everything was so good, fresh and hot! Manuel the delivery driver was very nice and delivered our order fast. Great service 👏

Don’t often ever post reviews about anything or complain . I just think this order was for someone else I ordered on the app and just didn’t get any of the correct toppings . Nice to get what you pay for , just might want to have a second pair of eyes check off
