Amazing food, service, and quality. To start i absolutely love that i can wait in my car with a pager. The wait wasn’t too long or too short. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My husband and I got the Carne Asada Fries and added on hot cheetos, as well as a large horchata. The horchata had the perfect spice and sweetness, it was nice n creamy especially compared to the thin watery horchata i’ve had around here in midland. The carne was tender and seasoned to perfection and i know they aren’t the selling point but the fries were absolutely amazing too. Can’t wait to come back and try more. Will be a regular spot for us.

The rumors are true - you can find California taqueria style food here! It's worth the price too. I would show you a photo of my gigantic burrito, I (somehow) ate nearly all of it though. Try the aqua fresca, huge and made from real fruit.

My husband and I have tried several things here and everything has been incredible. We have never been disappointed. Our food always comes out quickly despite long lines. The food is amazing and the staff is great. This is easily one of my favorite food trucks!
