I recently attended a wedding on a ranch far out in the country. The quality of the service and food was better than if it had been in a beautiful venue in an urban area. The staff were always smiling and they loved their work. Chef Michael was present and equally happy, not stressed. The food was amazing! There were hors d'oeuvres prior to the meal. The staff walked around serving. Then the main meal was so good - grilled steak, shrimp and chicken with salad and several side dishes. The tables were so beautifully decorated with lights under a large tent. The little flashlights on the table for under the Texas sky in the country if needed was a nice touch. It was so elegant. It gave a West Texas wedding on a ranch a whole new level to measure up to. Having a venue so far out in the middle of the West Texas lands was amazing, but to handle such a large wedding so far in the country and everything was perfect, from the staff, to decorations, table settings, lighting, hot and delicious food with a variety for everyone. Chef Michael Olivas and his crew are true professionals with a love and joy for their work that shows.

Today at my office we had Exquisite cater lunch for us and it was AMAZING. I am not sure how they got that many ribeyes cooked so well or how they made the chicken as tender as it was or how they made the vegetables so delicious but me and all of my coworkers agreed, 1000/10

I am so grateful for the owners that has stepped in during the Hill country floods of 2025 and provided food to the first responders during such a difficult time in peoples lives. If only every business had the servant Heart that they do.

Mike is FANTASTIC to deal with, made catering lunch on location about as easy as is humanly possible and everyone was raving about the food. He had everything hot and packed, ready to go, even though I showed up ten minutes early for pick up. He packed everything up in my truck and sent me with a hot box to keep everything warm. 11/10!

They host our club for a family dinner and it was excellent . Chef was top tier!!

Chef Michael and Exquisite Catering is my go to for everything from very large events to small dinner parties! He delivers every single time! I’ve worked with him for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and the service can’t be beat! I’ll include a pic from the most recent small job, a beef Wellington for my sons birthday. It was beyond delicious! I have no idea how he was able to keep it rare with a crispy crust!

As wedding and event planners, we require excellence in food quality, appearance and staff professionalism and Exquisite Catering is top notch in all areas. Michael and his team never disappoint and we can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely love Chef Michael and his team. They have provided our company with some fantastic meals, even when we need them last minute or plan them multiple times in a month. They are all very friendly, professional and listen to all wants and needs and do their best to meet them!

Wow!! What a delicious steak meal! The sides were amazing too!! Very impressed with the whole experience with Chef Michael Olivias. Highly recommend this business for any party, wedding, etc.
