I am so grateful for the owners that has stepped in during the Hill country floods of 2025 and provided food to the first responders during such a difficult time in peoples lives. If only every business had the servant Heart that they do.

Mike is FANTASTIC to deal with, made catering lunch on location about as easy as is humanly possible and everyone was raving about the food. He had everything hot and packed, ready to go, even though I showed up ten minutes early for pick up. He packed everything up in my truck and sent me with a hot box to keep everything warm. 11/10!

They host our club for a family dinner and it was excellent . Chef was top tier!!

Chef Michael and Exquisite Catering is my go to for everything from very large events to small dinner parties! He delivers every single time! I’ve worked with him for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and the service can’t be beat! I’ll include a pic from the most recent small job, a beef Wellington for my sons birthday. It was beyond delicious! I have no idea how he was able to keep it rare with a crispy crust!

Absolutely love Chef Michael and his team. They have provided our company with some fantastic meals, even when we need them last minute or plan them multiple times in a month. They are all very friendly, professional and listen to all wants and needs and do their best to meet them!

I can't thank you enough. I didn't think I was going to find another caterer in time for my daughter's wedding, after the first caterer canceled. I really appreciate you and the food was great.

Excellent job on my mom’s birthday party dinner!! Everyone raved about the food!

Tried to hire for a luncheon. Was told by Chef Michael it was a go and he would send the proposal that same day. I did not receive the proposal so the next day I called and left a message. No response. Our event is scheduled for tomorrow and he just tried to call. Too late. Not a good look for a business. We will not ever try to use them again.
