Was waiting for a drink five minutes before closing and did not get served before closing time by the Bar Manager. Bar tender was very rude and would not even share her name with me. Poor customer service. I was being forced to leave the bar at 2:03am before I had even closed out. This bar has gone down hill and the clientele and employees has shown it, unfortunately. Sincerely, disappointed.

Establishment seems to be clickish with many regulars. Patrons from nearby hotels should expect uneven service as employees cater to regulars to the detriment of others.

The guy bartender (guerito) is rude as hell. Threw the damn debit card slip at my husband. The girl in the grill area answered my questions like I'm stupid. I've never been here before... How would I know I had to go buy drinks at the bar only? I'm ordering the food with you... It's natural to think your drinks would be with the food. Food is good but the ppl working here need to call in if they're not feeling like being nice to people as they get paid.
Great place to have fun. Staff is friendly, quick and helpful. Didn't try food this time, but will. Great place.

I’m very confused about the dress code and environment. We walk in with our 13 year old daughter. I asked if my daughter was allowed and the guy said no only 21 years old and above. Have a nice day. The place has fair games for kids to play even slides. So no explanation. I’m not angry just very confused. You need to post information for your bar or restaurant so you guys won’t have this situation.

They discriminate against people of color, ask their guy in the front. They will inspect your outfit carefully if you are a person of color, please be mindful where you spend your money.

So, I'm a vet. They don't like how I have a dirty shirt from work and not nice pants, so they say, "Not today. Get better clothes on, then come back." Then I go, "Why should I come back? You know, OSHA should get involved with this place or have the license revoked." Then maybe they will change there issues.
