Usually a decent spot. Ordered 4 sandwiches , they messed up 2 of them. Of course they were for our kids so we had to make dinner once we got home anyway. When we called them they said for a refund on the sandwiches we’d have to bring the food back in.
I understand wanting a way to prove it was a mess up, but asking to bring food back to throw it away at the store is a bad policy. Also it would take 15mins to get there, another 15 mins to make the sandwiches (as that’s what it took the first time) and another 15 back. Not really worth $20 of anyone’s time.
Plenty of other sandwich shops, I’d recommend trying another one.

Staff was friendly and working hard. Engineer sub was delicious, though wasn't liking macandcheese. Glad to see a few customers supporting this restaurant.

I genuinely don't understand how you guys always manage to mess up online orders. Every single time. Sandwiches with the wrong toppings. Every single time. Going to start being annoying and inspecting my food before I walk out and have you remake them in front of me like a Karen.
