Tried out this food truck at the Tailgate in Midland & man I was not disappointed! I've had the pleasure of trying the carne asada tacos & oh man were they DELICIOUS!!! Any other food truck would give you the bare minimum of meat & toppings but the tacos I got from Frenchy's were fat & slammed pack with flavor!!! From the smiling faces ready to take your order to finally getting your food was well worth the drive from Odessa to Midland. Even on a slammed pack sold out show they're always greeting you with a smile. 10/10 would recommend again & AGAIN!!!Side note: I would have attached a photo of my food but it was gone in literally minutes!

OMGOODNESS!!! I'm from Oregon or this would be a regular stop for us! The Burria tacos were absolutely delish!! They we're FULL of tender beef and fresh fixins. Super nice owner too! FUN watching the old Top Gun movie here tonight!

They have the bomb birria tacos! Super fresh and the cabbage is a great with them. They are just the right amount of spice. I have had them twice. They are a little pricey but worth it. We had their elote too and it was really good. I will continue to go back.

First off the man who made our food was the nicest! I would come back just for his kindness. But the Al pastor tacos were some of the best I've ever had! The corn was also amazing! Ready to come back and try more of the menu
My wife had pasta carbonara with shrimp, while I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. We both really enjoyed our meals. The large portions were enough for dinner last night and lunch today. Thank you, Frenchy!
