Came in at 4pm, usually I don't have issues but today was disappointing. My burger came with little to no sauce, my bun was crispy and hollow? Lol and my boyfriend's bun was dense and undercooked. Service was fine, but something was going on in the kitchen that needs to be adressed. And AC was out so it was HOT but that's not their fault.

I went to get a sprite, the employee there, I think he was the person in charge there, did not talk to me properly. I wanted to refill the drink I bought before and he told me that I had to buy it again. I have never encountered this problem before and I wanted to buy it. I told him that I did not like this behavior and he said that you can go. If you do not like it, I will throw the money in front of him to get my drink. He did not accept this and he wanted me to leave. This is not a correct attitude and it is a wrong behavior towards the customer
