Visited this place a couple years ago and it was good, today was not so good. The manager told us we would have to pay for all the toppings, because we used a free burger and fries coupon I think. A couple of the guys behind us left when they heard the manager say we had to pay for our toppings. We decided against ordering 3 meals because of this and just settled for the one free plain burger and fries.

The burgers here are good, and I do like the open option bar for toppings. What I do not like is the price of this place, it is very expensive for a cheeseburger, close to 18 said and done. Bussing is done by staff here and fry sauce is great.
However I am not a fan of being asked to tip at the register. The prices are already higher than average at this place, and the tip just makes me feel the corporate group of Fuddruckers doesn't want to pay staff well.
Worth going to once and a while when you are in the Midland Mall, but there's a lot of other places for value you can go to before here.
Vegetarian options: They do have a limited menu for vegetarian.
Parking: Large mall parking lot located right outside the food court area. Plenty of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, flat and large entry.

food was absolutley amazing, there indeed was carbonation in the drinks. the service was the best ever and i finished my whole thing WITH 4 cookies🤤🤤10000/10 reccomend. the patty was so juicy just like myself. everyone better go there

I went in on August 24 and my order was not correct. Then the lady working at station where she hands out food had put bacon on the burger that was not even correct when pointing out that it was supposed to be 1/2 lb and just American cheese she pulled bacon off 1/3 lb with her bare hands and then hands that to me. I demanded refund and didn't get proper refund. I requested to talk to a district manager and was given his phone number. After speaking with the "new" district manager, he stated that I could come back at a later time and would receive a meal on them. I have gone in 3 times since and have yet to get it. The lady that was working register that can barely speak English claimed to me that she was the manager and never told me anything like I stated, but I spoke to a male. I asked for district manager number again and she refused to give it, but did calk him while I was there and told him that I had left. I know this because I went back in my call log and found his number and called him again to be informed by him that she had called and told him I had left when I was still standing in the restaurant while calling him. So if this female is a manager then she needs to learn to not lie about customers as well as listen to the customer. Very horrible service by a "manager"
