Great portions for the price, way better portions than volcano. Ate here twice now and it's never busy but always delicious.

Best sushi in town! MIDLAND Roll and Odessa Roll are one of my favorites. The noodles are so buttery and soft highly recommend.

A quiet and peaceful place for an early dinner. The food and service was great. I loved the quiet atmosphere for a long chat and meal.

We ordered a to go order. I was disappointed with the portions and quality of beef. The menu said 6 pieces, we got 4 half pieces, equating to 2 egg rolls. We ordered a beef dish, the meat was tough nd chewy. The fried rice was very oily and had very little chicken.

We love Fujiyama. The menu never changes, and neither does the food. If you want a safe go-to, that's the place.

I was the only person there for lunch, which should of been a sign. Proceeded with ordering a lunch special and a roll. The sushi roll came out warm, as if they just used regular white rice right out of the rice cooker. The lunch special was $15 for an extremely small portion of food. I had high hopes with the great reviews i saw, but was left disappointed.

Feel bad leaving a bad review since I’m pretty sure it is a family-owned establishment, but prices were absurd. Ordered a Yakitori Beef - $15 for 4 tiny slices of beef on a skewer and everything else was frozen vegetables warmed up in teriyaki sauce. Also ordered salmon rolls, and they were warm (sushi is not supposed to be warm). Really hope I don’t get food poisoning from here.

It was $8.39 for this roll. There were 10 rolls, but they were tiny, couldve easily been 6 good sized rolls. Half of the asparagus was this yucky yellow color, which suggests it wasnt fresh and I can also tell they used the base of the asparagus because of how hard it was. I let them know I wasn't happy with my meal and they did not offer to remake it or give me a refund. Really dissapointing, I honestly don't know why they thought serving this was okay... Really shocked they have such good reviews.

Vegetarian options: Very poor attempt at a vegan friendly roll, and they won't be able to answer any questions when it comes to vegan options.

We ordered sushi and it was really hot not pleasant to eat, which we didn't. The service is great very friendly people and the noodles are really good too. Other than that everything tasted really sweet and the rice was hard.
