So I have was hungry for fried rice and notice many vehicles at this restaurant in the past. Figured I would give it a try. I arrived and the parking lot was full, thinking I would get a good meal. When I walked in there was only one family there and two other singles as myself. I had wait a few minutes after which I started asking for help and how things worked, figured it out put what I wanted in my bowl, when it came time to pay, the cost for a large bowl was 28 dollars! What a rip off. Like I said there there was a family there of eight, there was only three people working in the whole place, service was not great, to say the least and the food was not worth 28 dollars for a, “large to go bowl”! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I personally will never return.

Do not go to this place on sept 30 I purchased two supreme fried bowls one of the was spoiled it tasted bad and it smelt bad been trying to contact a general manager and no luck !

Food is great, it always has been. But to be fair, I only rate 4 stars because this place is severely understaffed. Our waiter was stressed out with shaking hands manning the whole restaurant by himself. Only one waiter for the whole place while large families keep coming in isn’t fair. He kept apologizing for not checking in as much which we were very understanding about. Midland is a hard market to keep staff in fast food/restaurant's which we get but, come on management, that isn’t fair to your few employees that show up.

Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. The floor was so sticky, the table was sticky and it looked really dirty. The waiter came and took our drink order and gave us bowls, walked through to get our food and my first thought was I was going to get food poisoning! The waiter was also our cook that later asked how it was because he wasn’t a cook….. he was great but my goodness I understand being short staffed but the place looked disgusting. This is my husbands favorite place to eat and even he agreed it went downhill and we won’t be back. One star because the waiter/cook was very nice!

I truly enjoyed eating here, a great selection of food when building your own bowl. A great environment with a very strong team! With the server Destiny really going above and beyond. She was very helpful, always making sure the my drink was full and I was taken care of, any need I had she took care of it very quickly and efficiently.

The food was good! Destiny, our server was nice, friendly and very attentive. She kept checking up on us to ensure all was good. The Manager, Ruben was also very nice and friemdly, and also checked on us a few times. We will definitely be back. Customer service is obviously a priority at this location.
To start off the A/C was not working. I understand the staff is not responsible for this but they could put a note on the door to give the option of dining without air. It was 95° outside. Service was good. When we got our bowls with fried rice the rice was clumped together and mushy. Tried to tell us it was because of the sauces we used and that it was jasmine rice. Our rice has never been like this and we pretty much get the same meal everytime. The manager was nice enough to take the bowls off but it will be awhile before we go back.
