Horrible service, ordered at 7:33PM, 6-piece Chicken tenders and a large drink. Food wasn't ready till 7:54PM, kids working inside acting like idiots goofing off..... never got my drink. didn't even eat the food.

Been there twice and both times the chicken was so salty we could not eat it. The second time I called and expressed my situation and was told that they don't refund money that I could exchange for something else. What else is there? Not going back.

Food quality has noticeably gone down. Tenders have been quite dry and hard and noticeable taste of old grease on them my last 2 visits. Makes me not want to try anything else on the menu at this location. Maybe they can get back on track someday.

got one job, is to put spices on the wicked shrimps
I was told 6 minutes for my food in the drive thru, so I waited. After 10 minutes of waiting, it sounded like they were saying 60 minutes. I left, with no food and had already paid. I went to the Wal mart Golden Chick and had no problems but had to pay twice. This was in late February

Jalapeños poppers were old and hard. 4 piece tenders were small and not fresh at all.
