The chicken strips where old and hard the sides have gone down so small there's not even a half cup of anything. It use to be so good we are very disappointed in it tonight.

Had the BEST chicken joint meal the other day. Tenders were delicious, and the okra was the best fast food okra I've ever had!

I got their fried fish today and it was excellent! However the okra tasted like it should have been fried another 2-3 minutes. Wasn't quite done on the inside.My biggest complaint actually could be directed to most places in Midland these days. Why do they put someone either taking orders, or acting as a hostess, who can't speak the language of this country well enough to communicate with the patrons? She had to go get someone else to understand what we were ordering.She did just fine with the Spanish speaking people who came in.

Had items missing on my drive thru order, the gravy was super watered down. Service was slow like most places in the area. Chicken was normal.

Came here at 9pm and the guy Fernando told me the ran out of food doors are locked and all they had was rolls and asked to speak to Manger and he don't know who it is and signs say open and how do you run out of all food but 4 rolls and there is workers and look like a friend daughter or a child sitting in there eating.

Absolutely unprofessional they will literally give you the smallest pieces of old chicken if they don't know you. The shift working at 4pm 8-31-23 are very disrespectful and lack customer service. I will be contacting corporate.

somehow prices change at days, and I know it's the workers asking for more money without telling us, besides that they don't even act like they enjoy their job so there's no reason for them to get extra money one day it's 11 dollars then the next day it's 17 for the exact same order , why????

Spicy tenders=looks like cayenne pepper sprinkled on. Jalapeños ,50 each. Yikes. A lot of tables weren't clean, only one other customer in the dining area. The service was friendly.
