Food is good and usually fresh. My only complaint is that I’ve sometimes gotten a rubbery piece of chicken, but the store has always replaced it without a second thought. Portions are good and I’d maybe do a bit more of the spicy seasoning on the tenders but aside from that the quality is on point.

Trash trash trash!!! And their customer service sucks!!! They give you food that’s been sitting under the warmer and fish is supposed to be dropped when placing order.. I’ll never eat at the one on big spring street.. and the one on Florida always run out of food.. sad

Never a good experience here. Paid for our food and were sent to wait out front, 10 minutes after waiting a guy comes out to tell us no more mac and cheese.? another 15 minutes goes by and we’re just watching people go through the drive thru, collect their food and go.

I ordered a 3pc chicken. It should’ve been 2 thighs and a leg but they sent me 2 legs and a wing. That’s not enough food for nearly $23. When a customer uses door dash, you know they’re paying extra for the meal so that’s the last one you should be stingy with but instead you take that opportunity to rip the customer off because you don’t have to face the customer. That was a $23 gamble which I lost.
The rolls where burnt, I asked for spicy but the spicy is a dry rub and they just pored the bottle on it where it was like eating saw dust. Makes your coke on the dryness.

We gave it a try instead of going to Popeyes. Won't be going back. The food was cold, it smelt like old grease, cleaning supplies to cover it up, and stale food. The service was great though. The people were super nice.

Went 20 mins prior to close and I understand it's close to closing but to tell me that chicken sandwiches will take 10-15 mins then sign over the intercom after offering it made no sense. SMH canceled and left
