Food is good and usually fresh. My only complaint is that I’ve sometimes gotten a rubbery piece of chicken, but the store has always replaced it without a second thought. Portions are good and I’d maybe do a bit more of the spicy seasoning on the tenders but aside from that the quality is on point.

We've tried several locations and never had any complaints about the food it's always very good. It's actually our go to for chicken dinner eating out. Although this location this day was out of a lot of stuff ice, drinks( only sweet tea behind the counter), slaw and some other items. The staff was super kind and happy to be at work helping customers and I don't blame them for being out of stuff. That blame gets put on management for not keeping product ordered...

I placed my order online, hoping to speed up the process. They didn’t have the correct pieces of chicken to fill the order and waited until I arrived to fill any part of the meals. So much for saving time and exasperation. To their credit, the server- I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name, but she seemed to be in charge- was very pleasant and obviously as frustrated as I was. It would have been nice to receive an “extra” like a cookie or a coupon to get on my good side ?
