Clean, friendly, has what I need. Loved the food sampling today! Actually tried something new and liked it enough to buy it! They also have the electronic carts fir my senior friends to make independent shopping so much easier!
I am so disappointed in the bakery department. I have used HEB for my yearly birthday cakes for my babies. My sons birthday was Jan 8th and on Monday January 6th we went to the bakery and placed an order for his cake to be picked up January 10th at 5pm which was the day we were going to celebrate with family. Come Friday January 10th, 2025!I call the store at 3:00 pm to make sure the cake is ready and I’m informed that they cannot find the cake I placed an order for, I then went up to the HEB and just like they said on the phone there was no cake in sight no order for it and I have the picture of the order. Because of this we weren’t able to have his celebration on the day we choose to and had to cancel and order for another day! I paid $50 for a cake they didn’t even offer me a discount and never once apologized for the inconvenience!
