Service at this location is dismal. And now, the tea is weak and made with water that tastes like Midland water. Very disappointing as this was our go to location.

The staff is so friendly and fun! I always have great service when I go.

The tea on the other hand? It tastes funky and I'm not sure what's going on with the water but it makes the tea taste awful.

20 minute drive through wait during happy hour? What the heck HTeaO? When I worked at ChickFilA we made it through 120 cars in an hour. No real excuse for this I don't think. The line wasn't even packed. There were only 4 cars in front of me. A store that only sells drinks should have the cars zooming through their line.

Great place but the drive thru line is UNREAL. Takes absolutely forever just for tea, really the only reason why I won’t go. I’ve left the line after waiting 30 minutes and hardly moved.

Worst drive thru line you can go thru. 10 minutes to acknowlege you and take your order and another ten to get your drink at the window, and all they serve is drinks. Too long, if you ask me.

This place used to be great when Chris was there. New management is awful and doesn't know what they are doing. The 1 or 2 employees that are left that I know are very unhappy. I will never go here again! They don't care about the employees or the customers.

Annabelle was extremely helpful and I observed her providing great customer service to all the customers that were in line ahead of me as well as myself. She definitely went above and beyond and exceeded in excellence and providing customers and myself with New drinks available at this particular location. Went in around 2pm today..
And from previous reviews my complaint is no different. (How sad) I ordered a marfa morning per my normal order... received the drink and left. The drink yet again as the once a week visit to this location is HORRIBLE. this one tasted like milk and burnt coffee. The previous one was "made with heavy cream" the one before that was nothing but creamer... the Greenwood & Brairwood location have been consistent with their drink flavor and excellent service. This location on andrews hwy is the worst location to go to. The parking lot & drive times are a doozy... the manager stated I could bring my drink back and she will remake it since everyone is "training" and she will give me coffee cards. I pulled up through the drive through as I've done plenty of times for a remake and the young lady told me to come inside. Like there's not 5 cars in front of me and another 5 behind me. The attitudes of the employees is a 0 star rating. Everyone seems like they just woke up.. received my very sweet remake and no coffee cards (lol) way to fix the problem, by still making something that still is not correct.. ??? anywhoozerrrrr that will be the absolute last time I visit this location unfortunately I'm tired of waisting my time & $$ on a shitty drink. ? hire better, don't hire because you can't find anyone. find ppl who have AN ACTUAL WORK ETHIC!!!

Oh my!!! What in Gods name happened to this store? Where is management when you need them? What happened to the employees that use to work there? I had bad service and the place was a little dingy. The last time I was here I had great service and the place was a lot cleaner. Management was not around when I asked. I walked into a sticky floor so my shoes remained that way through out the day. This store has gone down since management was changed. Negative two stars for the sticky floor. Get it together people!

A few workers are great, the manager or owner is terrible. They don't know how to treat their employees. You'll see one employee doing all the work, while the others just stand around goofing off. Must be family members that don't have to work, while the real employees have to pick up the slack.

Went at the end of the day. They had just made new gallons but refused to sell me one. Said it was for the next day. To me that's bad service. Especially when you buy there every week and they know who you are.

Great tea! However getting in and out of this park lot and drive thru is a challenge with larger vehicles.

Good tea but they are always out of ice. Which Is obvious why, the customers here for some reason always pour the ice out once they get it in their cup ?‍♀️which is so stupid to me. But they should keep the machines full anyways...Also the workers move slow.
