Great place but the drive thru line is UNREAL. Takes absolutely forever just for tea, really the only reason why I won’t go. I’ve left the line after waiting 30 minutes and hardly moved.
Annabelle was extremely helpful and I observed her providing great customer service to all the customers that were in line ahead of me as well as myself. She definitely went above and beyond and exceeded in excellence and providing customers and myself with New drinks available at this particular location. Very refreshing to walk in somewhere where an employee is willing to go the extra mile thank you Annabelle

The tea on the other hand? It tastes funky and I'm not sure what's going on with the water but it makes the tea taste awful.
