I'm very disappointed with my experience here at this specific establishment. I've been to a lot of different Human Beans from a variety of states and this one specifically was hands down the worst one. I'd like to start off by saying that it wasn’t busy at all, there was no line so they can't even blame it on being understaffed. I ordered two eggnog coffees, one hot and one iced, neither of them had eggnog. It didn't taste like coffee at all either, it was practically coffee colored water. They both tasted so awful we couldn't drink either of them. I don't blame The Human Bean as a company, I've had many good experiences with other stores, I blame this staff specifically. Whoever was working Saturday December 20th 2025 at 1:30pm needs to either be taught how to make a coffee or fired.

Tried this chain for the first time and was very surprised at how good the coffee was. The iced shaken espresso was extremely well mixed and almost airy or fluffy. It was excellent

We drove up today to make an order and the young girls were very rude. They said we needed to know what we wanted to order and that we had not said cold brew. They said they were tired of us coming daily and not come back. They refused to give me my money back. I honked and returned my drink and asked for my money back. She told us not so come back again.

This cute coffee place is absolutely amazing! I come here with my mother all the time and the girls there are the sweetest and the drinks are amazing, put of the two years I've gone they have only messed up my drinks twice, and every time they offered to serve me a new one for free!
I love coming here,get treated with GREAT SERVICE,most inportantly with AWSOME Coffe. I will be back.
