Food was good it’s just there service of food time was like 30 minutes wait. For me it’s too much time to wait. I think they need to improve that.

It was all really good, except that they charged you for salsa on takeout.I didn't like that.

The food is as home made as you can find it. The fries had definitely a latin touch and omg they are so good. We came for breakfast for the 1st time and this place did not disappoint!

I ordered 2 bacon and Egg burrito and a fountain drink through door dash and I was very disappointed the eggs were very bland and had no flavor the bacon looked like small bacon bits you get out of a bag not even real cooked bacon was put inside my burrito it was not good at all only thing that was good was my fountain drink sadly won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst experience ever there this morning! No one greeted us or ever talked to us so we had to leave. We came all the way from Oklahoma and were dying to have their amazing food but I don’t know that we will be back after the horrible looks and disrespect. Sad what this town has gone to.

J-Peno’s #1 is a reliable go-to for a quick and satisfying bite, whether it’s breakfast or lunch. Their burritos are consistently solid—flavorful, well-portioned, and made fresh. The menu has great variety, and they keep things simple and to the point.

If you dine in, they’ll bring out chips and salsa, which is a nice touch and gives the place that local, welcoming vibe. It’s not a flashy spot, but when you need something fast and filling in the neighborhood, this is a great choice. Definitely worth keeping in your local rotation.

The food tasted like reheated leftovers. The chicken flauta was tough and dry. The Tamale tasted like a frozen one heated up. Took 30 minutes to get my food. Was pretty much ognored the whole time. The only thing that was any good was the salsa.

The chile rellanos were very chewy. There was no seasoning to the food very bland. Beans and rice were ok. Tortillas were store bought.
