I never been here but with your poor response with a customer sharing thier experience by saying statements like lowes and pilot without a attempt to compensate or accommodate..my business will go elsewhere and to those who read this review..believe me..I do reviews from places and this is not one I recommend .EVER!! thank you OWNER..you expressed your passion for business..smh..UNBELIEVABLE..Sad and totally disrespectful..not even trying to win over the customer..all I can say is...CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!

First of all I want to say as a business owner myself I think it is admirable how the owner of this establishment replies back to all of the reviews.. That speaks volumes to me and was one of the reasons I initially stopped at this place..
So far I have been there three times .. As far as the inside goes it’s just a basic donut shop.. Didn’t really notice any themes or decor.. I only pointed out because I’ve been to some pretty neat donut shops in my life.. I would just describe this place as a box..
As far as the service I received, it wasn’t terrible or exceptional.. The person asks you what you want, you tell them, they give it to you… Do not expect any extra conversation..
I point this out, because for a lot of people, this may be their first stop in the morning. Considering people you engage with have the power to start your day off on the right foot or the wrong foot, I look forward to brief conversation with whatever establishment I’m doing a transaction with that morning.. That will not happen here for the good or bad..
As far as the food… I’m sorry but it is subpar at best. I gave this establishment three chances to impress me and the best way I can describe their donuts is chewy.. At first I thought they were a day old, so I went back the next day a little bit earlier… The third time I went was at 0600..
It is insanely hot down here and I understand that refrigerators/Coolers are only able to cool to their capacity, but investing in coolers that are capable of serving ice cold drinks may be something the owner wants to consider (or not)…
Lastly.. I understand that food workers get tips. I understand also that a lot of people do not tip, but I personally tip everyone every time.. With that being said, I do not tip when the computer is turned around in my face and pointed at me to put me on the spot to leave a tip.. I personally have no problem looking someone in the face and telling them no I do not want to leave one, but a majority of people are not as blunt as I am..
For example, my wife or my sister either one even my daughters would all feel pressured into leaving a tip even if they didn’t have the extra money to do so..
I’m sure your staff is benefiting greatly from this practice, but for me, it would not have mattered how magnificent the food was, based on this alone I would not have been back..
If someone is going to leave a tip they are going to have cash in their pocket and the mindset to leave when they come in based on service..
Since I know the owner will reply to this, I want you to understand I’m not trying to bash your company. I’m just not impressed with it.
I wish you guys the best of luck but I’m going to have to stick with my normal shop from now on..

I went in to get some donuts it was about 945am. I wanted cream filled of course they didn't have any. The lady was like we have lemon filled. I was like yeah no thanks. Was disappointed don't think i will be back.

Worst service I’ve ever had! I ordered one doughnut and she tried to pressure me into buying 5! Saying there was a minimum since I wasn’t paying cash! Then was very very rude when I told her to cancel the order!!!!
