If I could give this zero I WOULD. Door dashed at 829 pm. TWO DASHERS CAME AND LEFT. THEY WERE BLEW OFF BY WORKERS WHO CLAIMED FOOD WASNT READY. Order wasn’t ready until 912 when a third dasher went inside!!!!! The food was delivered 8 MILES down the road and cold as ever. Tried to call with no answer!!! I’d love to speak with a REAL OWNER ABOUT THIS. What a waste. Fast food???? Where??? Awful service. Shameful to serve cold crusty food.

Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes. Seemed like 1 person was doing everything even when you could see there were other employees there. No utensils were included with our meal even though what we ordered needed it. We were passing through the town so it made it really inconvenient and had to stop at another restaurant in the next town to get some utensils.

Empty lobby and drive thru it took 30 minutes to get my food then was treated like an inconvenience. Also the guy running the register was super rude avoided my questions and was ignorant. The other lady claimed she didn’t speak English when I heard her speaking it. Definitely should have chose somewhere else to eat this morning.

Haven’t been to Jack-in-the-Box in probably over a year. I wait in the drive-through for a while. I hand my 50 to the lady she goes to two different registers. She looks like she’s counting money comes back to the window hand me my 50 back and says sorry I don’t have change for this by that time no lunch for me

This is a 24 hour spot but late at night if you order 10 tacos or more they get lazy and tell you they don’t have tacos at the moment. This is the only place that does that do your job right. customers deserve what they pay for.
Do not come here. It’s dirty, employees do not care at all about service. Food is not great. They will give you old food like cold cold fries it’s bad. I sat for 15 min at the menu board ready to order and they made me wait trapped while they “got some orders out” can’t pull forward can’t reverse. Real nice. Then the food is bad? That’s insult to injury seriously. Just say no to Jack

Everytime i come to this Jack in the Box it's at least a 2-minute wait, and all I order is egg rolls and tacos. Absolutely slow food and no where near fast food.
