I'm pretty sure we got sick from eating here. Taking a trip across texas from Abilene to El Paso with 4 kids. Stopped here because of their gluten-free options (or at least breadless options). After getting back on the road and eating while we drive, no one finished their meals or really liked them, and the next day, we were all sick as dogs. Won't be going back.

Would not recommend this location to anyone... the drink machine is out of every flavor but coke and Dr. Pepper.. it's not calibrated properly, and the drinks are mostly water. The dining room floor was covered in trash tables, which were filthy. A complete lack of management as they had 8 team members working, but nobody was cleaning or refilling condiments. When you ask for salt, pepper , or tea, they roll their eyes at you for asking.

First time actually eating at a Jack in the box and I'm impressed. Food was delicious. Drive thru guy was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back.
Attached is a photo of my sandwich I received tonight at 8pm , 11/1/24. I did NOT ask for extra sauce and all the vegetables are on one half of the burger. Had to take to wrapper off because I grabbed it my hand would’ve been covered in this sauce. I don’t know who yall had in the kitchen tonight but I’ve always counted on this jack in the box since the north side one is worse than this. I will be back tho , it’s still delicious just presentation was not it.

I'm used to Jack in the box having excellent customer service, but Frank takes this place above excellent. Not only did he go out of his way to ensure my wife had fresh coffee, but he made my kids their food exactly how they like it. Thank you, Frank. It's nice to be traveling and have someone make you feel at home.

The place was dead the lady was dancing without a care. The young guy on register was new . I had to tell them my order was to go three different times . I ordered food for 6 people spent almost 80 dollars and didn't receive my wife's order and all the frys are cold like they just pre cooked everything and didn't care about hold times I will never go back to this jack in the box. Stay away from Rankin hwy Jack in the box ooh and they didn't have the Teriyaki bowls the reason I went but it was my Sons bday and that's what he wanted .
