Every time I come they are not taking orders they take either 45 minutes to get orders out or the orders are always wrong you can tell that the employees that work here do not want to work here and you can tell that the atmosphere that they have is toxic we have never received a good experience from this Jack in the box location and the more than 10 years that has been available The fact that they still operate without having some kind of remodeling or reinfrastructure is crazy to me I love Jack in the box growing up from DFW from Dallas-Fort Worth this is an absolute shame of a location This should not be allowed every time I come here three times out of the month you cannot order and that is unacceptable either you guys need to get your stuff situated or you guys need to close this location either way though it's not acceptable The manager can't even talk to you they use their employees to come talk to you because they're too afraid to confront you

Waited in the drive through for over 10mins. This Jack n the Box is absolutely horrible. Service here is none existent. The workers here have no concept of customer service. I decided to not even place my order considering I had to call out for someone to answer me. The quality of service here is a joke. Don't even bother with this Jack N the Box if you're trying to eat after 10pm.

At 3:00 am stopped by to buy some breakfast platter and French toasts sticks and not expecting what they gave us eggs burnt no syrup for toast sticks this is no good at all 😡

Made a DoorDash order and NOTHING was correct. They forgot my salad, they said their drink fountain was out of order and only gave 1 orange juice, we don’t even like orange juice. I paid for 2 large drinks and only gave me 1 juice. I ordered spicy tenders and they were just the regular ones.

Pulled up to order after a 12 hr shift only to wait in the drive through for over 30 min. Attempted to call so I can ask if they closed and they just hung up on me! This place really needs to find decent help or don’t bother opening!!

Food was good, hot, and fresh. Service was absolutely bad. Went through the drive-thru and waited like 4-5 minutes before someone took my order. I was shorted $2 and was missing food. Went inside to get missing food. I was still missing food after going inside. Just gave up. It was about 1:15 AM, so it wasn't crazy busy.

This place is a joke. The night shift employees quit working between 5 and 6 to wait for the next crew and make excuses like we're all on break or all the fryers are shut down for cleaning so we're closed till the next shift comes in. I have posted multiple videos and complaints on with their corporate and with their fb page and nothing gets done.
