I usually have great experience here! Today, I didn't since a drink didn't taste good, didn't taste like acai. The mango drink was very good! I enjoy talking to owner and staff, friendly and helpful. I continue to share with others about this place and hopefully more customers visit!

So I should have read the reviews before doordashing from this place, apparently the employees just lock the door and don't let anyone in? And it's been going on for months, they would not let my DoorDasher in. This is genuinely insane, and very POOR management to allow this to go on for so long. I work in the service industry and this is insanity. Poor management and worse employees. How do y'all even make money not allowing customer's to ever come inside? Running the business into the ground

First off they would not respond thru drive thru window. I sat there for 10 minutes until I honked and they came to the window. I ordered a fresh carrot juice with ginger and a little bit of orange juice. $9+ The beverage was watered down and all I could taste was orange juice and water. There was a few pieces of ginger because she said the machine was broken. I asked her to please add more carrot juice since I could not taste it. She said 75% was carrot juice (the juice was not even filled to the top) she refused. I tried returning it after my initial taste and the white thin girl with a ring in her nose, said she could not take it back for me to return it and slammed the window on me. It was through drive thru. She was really rude and I felt like I was interrupting her and the young guy there. There were no other customers. Now I know why.

I typically order a smoothie from the older/retired menu. Some locations have a hard time finding the recipe, but Kalia was super helpful today at the Midland location making our citrus squeeze. She was the only employee working but did a fantastic job.

Worst Jamba Juice. First time went there the lobby wasnt open, they didnt have any bowls, didnt have any kids size. Second time we waited for 15 minutes and they didnt say anything through the drive thru so we pulled up when we could and they just ignored us and had a sign that said they were closing early (at 6 and we were there before 5:45). Gave it one more shot and they didnt have ANY of their juices available. The employees appear to just simply not care about customer service just to top it off. Very disappointing.

Employees are unprofessional. Sat at the driver through speaker to order for about 10 min waiting they never came on. There were cars in front of me when I pulled up they put a sign up that said they were closing at 6 today. I was at the window before 6 and in like before that. They intentionally wasted my time.

Smoothies are the best! Drive through is the worst. How does it take 30+ to get 1 drink? This is unacceptable at this point. And the lobby is NEVER open. They’ll look at you through the window and refuse to open the doors. And the taped over paper signage on the menu is very trashy. Just very poor service and unacceptable drive though times.

So much promise. Menu and product are great as always, but it's harder to justify going with the service.The lobby has been closed every time I've tried going recently and the drive thru is incredibly slow. Here are things they can't or won't do:- Open their doors to their customers- Accept 100s- Accept 50s- Accept Google Pay- Accept Apple Pay- Tell you how much your order costs.Once again, great product, but with the awful service and signage and lack of employees, management is really dropping the ball.
