They have seating outside in their covered patio, but we were told we had to clean it ourselves. So I used a bunch of their napkins and water from their soda fountain.
Also, we ordered pasta with no sauce (as seen on the receipt) but they included it anyway.

This place has gone down hill in such a quick and crazy way. The lettuce was brown and saggy and disgusting. They did not have cottage cheese. The baked potato so hard I had only 2 bites. The bbq tastes like it’s canned. The sweet tea tasted old and like the urns have not been cleaned out in months and sadly not one person spoke any English at all. Every single table was dirty. Floor was filthy. All around quality of this place has gone down. For salad bar i will only be going to Michael’s BBq from now on.

The food wasn't done on time, as stated in the online order. The person who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional, sitting around while I waited for just under 40 minutes. The restaurant was dirty and loud. Once I got home, I called to voice concerns and was met with the same unpleasant conversation with no intent to rectify the previous situation.

Apparently these people do the food for something new called "boise bills". I ordered food from them. Waited an hour and nothing. All of a sudden order canceled. No reason. No call. But they made sure to make it appear that they canceled it around the time I ordered it. Place sucks.

Placed a to-go order over the phone. Repeated my order back multiple times, and still got it wrong. Didn’t notice until I returned to my home. Why can’t we order with English-speaking employees who will get the order right, especially after repeating my order to them back countless times. Jason’s deli in Midland is going downhill fast.
