I ordered an Italian sandwich and it was all cold. The bread was cold and the ham was cold. It’s disrespectful to the customers’ money. It wouldn’t cost them anything to serve a decent meal.

Customer service sucks every time I go in there. They're kind of rude. Maybe one time they'll be nice. I try to call. Try to put me on hold for 30 minutes calling calling. Nobody picks up when they do pick up they put you on hold to answer a simple question about online order go to Odessa. I recommend hope you guys can make it right.

Wife bought a "12 half sandwiches or wraps" whatever; long story short, this is the single biggest rip-off I've witnessed in a long time. I don't mind paying for a quality product at all, but $5 for a sandwich that fits in the palm of my hand and only enough "goodies" for only our smallest children.....
We will be sticking with Jersey Mike's moving forward. Literally double the food for the same cost.

I’m a loyal customer to jimmy Johns, and love their sandwiches. However, the staff is extremely rude. I was in a group of three and they messed up on two out of three of our sandwiches and when we asked them to correct our mistake, they got upset and blamed us for taking the wrong sandwich? I had my receipt attached to my sand which, and my friend and I both have allergies. This behavior is very disappointing and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.
