I went this past week and asked for a turkey “picklewich” and I was given a tuna one. When i went back in line to ask for a different sandwich the cashier was very approachable and polite and asked to see the receipt to confirm. The sandwich maker on the other hand got upset that I asked for the sandwich I payed for, and continued to roll her eyes at me and give me a dirty look. She continued to say to the cashier, “yeah well she can wait” when I knew I was going to wait anyway, I was very respectful and polite and even said please and thank you. It’s a shame that people work in an industry where you have to deal with human interaction and proceed to act horrendously. I was just trying to get what I originally paid for, and last I checked I did not pay to be mistreated as a customer. Point is, if you want to go to a sub place that treats you kindly, do not go to Jimmy John’s, you will be better off eating at Jersey Mikes Subway or Firehouse.

So called manager was acting like he couldn't hear. When addressed he suggested it would be better to void the order. Started to get loud when asked for manager or corporate number. When asked for refund receipt, he refused to give it, balling it up. After asking again for the refund receipt, he attempted to throw it. When I asked him why. He said to leave & flipped me off. Repeatedly made crying signs.

It was good, two meals $47 ouch. That's what I was NOT feeling. Other wise food was good. Was it $47 worth no. After all these commercials I see on the internet I decided to give it a try. 1st time going. That now tie salad (side item) was delicious, small but delicious. The price is why I didnt give them 5 stars. I'd try it again.

I ordered an Italian sandwich and it was all cold. The bread was cold and the ham was cold. It’s disrespectful to the customers’ money. It wouldn’t cost them anything to serve a decent meal.
