Very good! The staff were very nice and all the items we tried were good! I had the Korean Loco Moco and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will come back to check out the other items.

Tried the peach cobbler. The peaches were crunchy and the dough was still raw. Tried the beans. It seems like they dumped a whole lot of black pepper in it. Tried the potato salad. The potatoes were also very undercooked. For 4 people to eat, it was definitely, by far, 100% not worth a $110.

Heard a lot of hipe about this place. We spent 110.00 for crunchy peaches in the peach cobbler. The dough was under cooked. Potato salad's potatoes were undercooked. BBQ charro beans had way too much black pepper. Cole slaw had a lot vinegar in it. The only things that were ok were the slice brisket, sausage, and toast. Not impressed at all will Not be going back.

Excellent food! I had the brisket poutine. Run, don’t walk there! People need to give them a break. They’re a new brick and mortar restaurant that transitioned from a food truck. People are too quick to judge. From what I have read from other reviews, they had issues during the lunch rush. Give them a break, there is a HUGE learning curve for them. And if you’re gonna gripe about your order taking too long, bring a sack lunch and eat in your office!

Best BBQ in Midland.. Meat was so tender it melts in your mouth;(I have problems chewing my food). Plus so super juicy and the BBQ sauce is so delicious. This restaurant has been part of Midland for last 27 years. Therefore stop to eat great BBQ.. Time to chow down y'all

I have been eating here for over 40 years. They have the best BBQ and sides and they don't slice it too thin. Their BBQ sauces are second to none.

Stopped by for a lunch and was very impressed. When you see locals at lunch hour walking there you know it's good. Our collective order was a jalapeño sausage sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich and sides of Mac and cheese and potato salad. I smoke a lot of meat myself and appreciated the good flavor this place created. If back in Midland we will stop in again!

The customer service is amazing. You're greeted as you walk in and they conversate with you during your ordering experience. We went twice and it was amazing both times. This will definitely be a regular treat for us. The food is outstanding! The peach cobbler is to die for!

This place is delicious! Got the brisket sandwich with some good friends. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere. The owner talked with us for a while and she is awesome as well. Would reccomend!

Foods good, don't get the 50 cent slice of bread or toasted bread..I'm from south Tx and I've never heard of that and I've never been to a bbq place where you can't see the scale.. if you tell me I'm almost a pound give me that pound!! You do sell sandwiches and do chopped brisket so it isn't goin to go to waste..

One thing I noticed upon walking in, it is SO CLEAN. Very cute BBQ joint and delicious food. (Try the southwestern corn, Jalapeño Cheese Sausage, and peach cobbler; it was my favorite.) I did not catch the womans name who served us on 4/22 but she was very professional, suggested menu items, and made small talk with my husband and I. You can’t ever beat a welcoming environment.I really enjoyed eating here. If we ever go back through Midland I will be stopping by to grab some BBQ.

Best BBQ in the 432. If you aren’t from here, or are and haven’t been, and looking for a Good spot for some BBQ, this is the place .

I think this place is over-hyped. I mean the food was okay but not even close to what I was hoping for. The sides weren't very good either, just ordinary and not very tasty. The Southern corn was not good at all, I threw that away, was just a glob of mayonnaise. The pulled pork was not good at all, just very salty and not good. The BBQ sauce wasn't very good either, I tried the sweet and spicy one after trying the original and that one was much better. The brisket was just okay, not very juicy or flavorful. The jalapeno sausage tasted like something store-bought and very salty too. I wouldn't go back.
