I wish I could give ZERO stars but one will do. Listen I love JumBurrito but this location is straight HORRIBLE. I ordered a smothered burrito & they forgot to add the queso so they charged me extra, then the cashier said I had zero dollars on my gift card even tho it did in fact have $20. The burrito was COLD hahahhha, respectfully all the workers seemed incompetent !!! Just don’t even waste your time coming here !!!!!

Love Jumborito‼️❤️ Great food, easy entrance, great people & fast service! Right on my way home. They even let me buy a little container of chicken meat as a treat for my Pooch?❣️
Vegetarian options: I’m sure they will work with you on your options! They are great people to work with?????️??
My only complaint is the prices. Wow!! Almost 10 dollars for chips and a cheese dip. Plus a single crispy taco is way over priced!! The pricing on the pictures on-line are incorrect. They have doubled since then!!

This is my go to place UNTIL now. I don't know who they have supervising this morning but she need customer service training or let go. Her attitude is making it difficult for regular, long tern customers to come back. She is horrible! Last week, she forgot to put my only order, a burrito, in the bag. When I drove back, she had an attitude- really! This morning, I guess she recognized me from last week and LIED that I did not have points on my card and that she gave me credit for what l just purchased. Tge recipt showed no point were earned and I checked my account and I had more than enough. This a historical place in Midland and this little mean women is going to ruin it. Too many places popping up to be tripping with folks like this!
