Went through the drive thru in the evening usually 2 same girls very nice and respectful. Problem is everytime I go something missing from my order or I get to the window and they dont have the stuff to make my food when asked why i wasn't told when ordering the girls at drive say they just got told this information so I asked why and I wanted a manager to ask why girls at drive that a manager is actually one of the employees working on tacobell side making orders at this point upper management needs to let go of this so called manager working tacobell if she can't get orders correct or at least tell drive thru ladies from the get go. Quit making shitty employees managers if they don't know how to run things like a manager.

Wait till after you pay to tell you there's no white meat breasts. Then have to tell them 3 times I want refunded because they keep trying to barter a substitute of random lesser valued things like chicken nuggets.
Awful service very slow with orders half time orders are wrong… rude employees overall will never go there again!!! Their services is awful u have to wait at least 30 min in line to get an order

I ordered my food online and said it was ready at 7. When I got there it wasn't ready they had no chicken at all and they said it might be ready 2 hours later. Told them to refund me my money and they wouldn't. Don't go to kfc they are worthless.
