Took our money and left us sitting for an hour then said they were out of what we ordered and wouldn’t refund our money.Overly rude. I had already taken insulin once we paid. I’m in hot water.
I am astonished by what just happened, we arrived at this location and the doors weren't locked after a customer walked out. I have never witnessed an establishment lock it's doors during the busiest part of the day.

Don’t bother going to this KFC. They are terrible! Just waited an hour for our food, they callme over to tell me they don’t have all of it, why didn’t they just tell me that an hour ago, I would have left already! Irritating! Poorly ran, disorganized, messy and the staff is horrible. The Manager isn’t skilled enough to manage a staff, much less herself. The place should shut down, re-train the staff and hire another manager.
