Hadn't een here in 3-4 yrs it was horrible. 8 months ago stepped in heard it was better and been coming back couple times a week last 8-9 months. UNTIL NOW, last two times and tonight out of chicken, 20-30 min wait taco bell, chicken sandwich look like it cam out the garbage can. People in the lobby mad and complaining. Then I heard you lost your night Mngr and now the crew. That was a stupid move to let that team go. Oh well it was a good run, time to go backwards again. I guess Popeyes now. Very disappointed 😒😒😒

If you could eat anywhere else, do so. The foods made poorly and they legit have no idea what’s going on. Half the staff is high or doesn’t care. Or both. Expect to wait 45 mins on 3 tacos.

The biscuits were way undercooked, they were like mozzarella sticks. The chicken was supposed to be crispy but was soggy AF. I tried to call them but only to get a busy signal every time.

Drive thru employee very rude girl named AZARIA! Would not speak up then asked to repeat order and she still got it wrong ended up not charging for some of it after it was repeated to her. I ended up missing 3 items and asked to add them on my order she said "If you want to order them you need to go back around!" Like seriously?!!.. Paid over $30 for burned chicken strips, two tiny pieces of steak per taco, missing half the order, and a rude employee that hates her job!!!... I no longer recommend this location!

Every time I go its a long wait and many cars waiting for food. My experience today was even worse ordered off the kfc menu and taco bell menu. While waiting for my taco bell order I was given my nuggets I bit into one and it was raw showed who I assume was the manager and she then said it was not raw it was just discolored. I then told her No I know the difference and this is raw. She then asked what I wanted I told her some new nuggets her response was " we aren't making anymore, so what do you want." Very unprofessional and needless to say not manager material either. While also waiting heard her tell employee not to accept any taco bell orders due to them being behind. Just seems like they don't care and never have anything on hand and having guest wait a long time for orders.

Horrible, although the food was good, the attitude of the employees has a lot to do with whether you as a customer return. In this case no, they have a terrible attitude, they serve you reluctantly, and they speak badly to you. It's not that one asks for free food, I'm paying for it so it doesn't matter if they behave like that.

Oh my gosh, The KFC at 4727 N Midkiff was awful. First can’t use drive through, so you drive to parking and door locked on that side, so get in car and go in o other side, you are greeted by a sour face no smile, talks so low you can’t understand her. She just looks at you and doesn’t say how can I help you. Then my order gets put on counter, no one calls my name, it just sets there 10 minutes, I had to go ask if it was mine. They make it very hard to want chicken. It’s Christmas for goodness sake. Bah hum bug
