lines are long and I'm always waiting. whether its inside or the lobby. the 2nd to last time I was there, stood at counter for what seemed like 10 min, no one approached me. I finally walked out, and went thru the drive thru, and still had to wait . the last one was in the drive thru, and almost took 30 minutes to get my food, and I was only 5 cars deep to the window. they need help, I can see they are short staffed

Stopped in for lunch 11-13-23. First thing I noticed was the floors felt greasy, thought I was going to slip in my boots. Ordered a two piece chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and a side of cole slaw. The chicken was OK but had a burnt greasy taste in the crust. Mashed potatoes were slightly cold. The biscuit was the worst ever, hard and dry. The only good thing was the cole slaw, which was quite good. One good thing was being a little down from the 25o loop, it wasn't...
