Been here a couple of times for some boba tea and somehow they’ve been out of boba pearls 2/3 times that i’ve been here. The staff always looks displeased that they have customers and have to work. I don’t know who the manager is but the staff working on weekends could use some training. They forget to put in the toppings most of the time too and I have to go back and ask for them.

My son and I each got an amazing drink. A popping bubble coffee and a mango/ lychee crystal bubble tea. The place was clean and decorative. Counter employee was friendly and had our drinks done in record time. Would recommend this place to anyone that likes bubble drinks!

Our bill came out to an amount where they owed me bills & $0.71 change. My10 year old daughter paid while the parents sat down. She came to the table minus the coins. The very young clerk had told her the he (she?) had no coins to which my 10 y/o daughter responded, “That’s fine,” not wanting to cause conflict. Dad then ask for the change and he received the same explanation. Being a reasonable fellow, I asked for an IOU which he refused. Of course the next step was to ask for the manager. The manager wasn’t here, but I was informed she was next door. I asked for her to come and take care of the issue. Then the story changed and now she wasn’t “here.” Finally the young man threw in the towel in the face of my dogged persistence & he gave me a $ bill to get rid of me. We are no longer customers of KFT.

Such friendly and helpful staff! Went there for the first time because my little sister begged me to take her for some strawberry popping boba. Unfortunately they were out, but the staff allowed my sister to try some of their other add ons to find something she'd like. We ordered about 8 drinks between all of us, and they all tasted fantastic! They have amazing tapioca boba and they offer a wide variety of drinks so everyone can find what they like!
I love the Taro smoothie but today when I went it didn’t taste how it usually does. The workers were really busy and we’re almost out of everything. They were really friendly I ordered three drinks and two of them tasted really bad the third one was super good.

The service here is absolutely amazing when I came in here earlier this week. My mom has struggled having to order at many places, and relied on me to translate everything for her. But I didn't have to when I went in and these two hispanic workers (I didn't catch their names, but it was a short boy and girl with curly hair) were able to speak to my mom very clearly. They were patient, and completely understanding when both me and my mom weren't sure what to order. I also sometimes struggle with speaking english, so it was refreshing to be able to have a conversation in a public environment. They were extremely respectful, had amazing manners, and made both our drinks very fast. So excited to come back soon and see them again!
