I would’ve given 5 stars, but I was in town this weekend and ate here 2/3 days. They’re usually on point, but my last take out order was a little disappointing. My folks are in the rehab facility close by and we grabbed some food. I ordered a taco plate for my mom (expecting traditional tacos with beans and rice) and I’m not sure what they gave her. I ordered dad a steak tampiquena, and they left off his tortillas. I know these are trivial things, but it was a $67 dollar ticket for everything, plus the tip I left! I should’ve checked my order before leaving.
Update: I'm bumping this up to 5 stars. I was in town again this weekend and ordered takeout again. Everything was PERFECT! I also had the buffet and loved it!
I ordered food to go and waited for about 45 minutes before walking back up to the counter to check on it. The food was ready 30 minutes before, but nobody thought to let me know. Now it is cold, and they’ve wasted my time.

The restaurant was packed but we were seated promptly and had immediate service. The food, atmosphere and service were excellent. It was a great belated birthday celebration. My husband had the chili rellenos and they did not disappoint. My red cheese enchiladas and beef taco were scrumptious and the strawberry Daiquiri was delicious.
Business lunch with a group of 10. About half had buffet; everyone enjoyed their meal. Buffet had enchiladas, quesadillas, chili verde, carne guisado, beans & rice, tortillas, sopapillas, etc.
