Birria with the consume, side of rice and beans also your choice of flour/corn tortillas. Order will also come with a small bag of cilantro, onions, marinated carrots and slices of limes.

This esquite cup comes with fresh warm corn covered with birria, mayo, Parmesan cheese, tajin, lime and Valentina salsa. The birra can be taken off just add to notes that no birria is desired with the cup.

Stopped by and service was great! Woman at the front was super kind and attentive. Sadly though the food did not hit the mark. Birria was very tough and the flour tortillas that came with them were indeed flavorful but also very tough. A little on the pricer side too since I paid $40 but since it’s a food truck I feel as if that’s expected . Not a large amount of meat in the tacos as well. Found myself biting into pure tortilla. Would def add hot sauce to corn and drain more...

Ordered the birria ramen with a side of birria taco for dunking. Is luscious a word to describe food?!? I mean I don't know if I have tasted luscious before...but I certainly have now! So rich and warming and good! Tasted the hot sauce just because I had to know. Bright and clearly fresh, a little heat but so good! Generous portions as well. Definitely worth a revisit, though I don't know if I can be persuaded to try something different because it really is THAT good.

this place is amazing had a chat with the owner and super friendly! I like the variety of options and always love to support a food truck! If you come here it’s best to get many items and share with friends and family :)
