Won't be the most atmospheric or whatever, but the food is good and if you want more spice/flavor they put everything on the table for you to do it. Great lunch spot - would go back.

Not clean. The food was ok, but the first impression was awful. It had an unpleasant smell, carpet stains and needed to be vacuumed. Paper straw wrappers on the floor along with other crumbs of food. The napkin dispenser on our table was dirty along with all of the various bottles of condiments on a tray. My husband grabbed the bottle of Hoisin sauce and the entire bottle was caked with the sauce. We went on a Sunday for lunch and it was not busy. We won't be back.

I will never go here again. Pho was alright, egg rolls undercooked TWICE, the sticky rice and sausage (sticky rice was overcooked) and bun rieu was not bun rieu and looked more like hu tieu. When I pointed it out to the waiter, he told me it was bun rieu. Spent about $70 for everything and half of it wasn’t even edible nor what I ordered. I’m sorry but never again and highly disappointed in the whole meal.
Picture is of their suppose bun rieu

Spicy Ramen, extra spicy - only for true pepper heads, at the edge of my pain /pleasure tolerance - best spicy food I have eaten in the Midland area!!!! Eat the whole bowl and drink the broth for the true experience

Really good quality food. We had the mango sticky rice to start with. It was a little different then I'm used to but still really good. Then we had the charbroiled korean beef ribs broken rice, amazing flavor and loved the sauce that went with it. Then we had the bo ne plate which was delicious and a great plate to not be too overwhelmed. Flavors on every meat was amazing. Cant rave enough about this place!

Tried this place for the first time after reading so many good reviews. I got the Korean BBQ bahn mi- it was flavorful but a lot of fatty pieces not enough meat; it was also spicy because they put jalapeños. I thought the meat was going to be spicy. I got the Vietnamese coffee, it was good but sweet. My wife got the charbroiled pork broken rice and a taro tea. Again the meat had more fat than meat but had good flavor. The service was okay, nothing extraordinary. Some tables were dirty, no customers when we arrived.Overall a bit disappointed. I was really looking at trying Vietnamese food.

My wife and I ordered (Mango and Sugar Cane) teas, appetizers (pot stickers and egg rolls) and entrees (Korean beef sandwich and Steak pan entree). We had a great lunch in a very unique place with food we had never eaten before. This Vietnamese food has French influence and is a welcome addition in our view to Midland. We hope the community supports it and we will be back! The food is good with wonderful sauces and flavors. French bread/baguette comes with most dishes and is homemade I think. I hope to try their roast pork sandwich on my next visit in addition to their soups.

I ordered several things. The shrimp salad was fresh and delicious! The salmon was flavored super well and the veggies served with it were cooked well and very fresh. The sweet sticky rice and mango was absolutely perfect — ripe mango and very authentic tasting sticky rice! The Thai tea was perfect as well. It was not too sweet like most Thai tea you find in midland. They were also very fast with my order and they were friendly. Highly recommend!

Lee's Bistro was a great experience for us. The boba tea we ordered was fresh and delicious (taro, strawberry, & passion fruit all w/o milk) and didn't taste artificial. We got chicken fried rice, vegetable pot stickers, and chicken nuggets to eat. The serving sizes were good and the service was great!
