We come here once in a while because we love the cafe de olla today was a bad dining experience. We asked about meals having onion & the server had no idea what we were talking about. I ordered the enfrijoladas and my hubby order the huevo con chorizo plate & my son shared off of us. Once she took our order didn’t come back to check on us even after we got our food. My enfijoladas were cold & my hubbys plate was full of onions. No napkins, sauce, or coffee refills. We eventually got a refill on coffee & placed an order of pancakes and asked for more creamer and the creamer was expired at which point we didn’t want to ask her anymore. 10 minutes passed and we figured she didn’t put the order in either when she finally noticed us looking for her she went to put the order in then came to tell us it would be a few more minutes at which point we told her we just wanted the check. Hate leaving bad reviews on family owned businesses but this was all on the server unfortunately 😢

This was our first time here and we’re definitely impressed. The service was super friendly and the food was amazing. The chilaquiles were some of the best I’ve had and the salsa that comes with the chips was so good!
Love going here for authentic Mexican food which is hard to find in midland . Love the food and las aguas frescas . When family comes to visit we make sure we take them to limon con chile . The wait time is the only thing I don’t like even on a slow day the waitresses take long to attend you and the food takes long as well other than that 5/5
