Couldn’t even enjoy my food the service was so trash. Never got a refill, was told there was no butter for bread then server later brought butter, waited almost 30 minutes just for our server to take the check. We had 4 kids that were antsy and ready for bed after dinner and we sat waiting patiently. I asked for more chips for the queso and was also told it would be a bit of a wait. (Chips never came)

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we were a party of 5. Upon arrival, we were informed by the receptionist that the wait time would be between 30 to 35 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for 90 minutes! When I inquired about the delay, the person in charge responded in a very rude and brusque manner. Finally, when we were seated, we waited an additional 20 minutes, yet no server came to our table. Upon asking, we were simply told to wait longer. At that point, we decided to leave. This restaurant and its staff seriously lack professionalism. They do not have the right to waste people’s time like this.

We’re we in town visiting our grandchildren and went here to celebrate my birthday and was Very Disappointed with the waiter Noah U. He served us our drinks and our bread and took our order and we Never saw him again until I had to ask another waitress to get the manager. She asked what was wrong and I said our waiter brought us our drinks and took our order and Never came back to check on us. We need more tea and our table cleaned of the dishes we’re done with.Well the mgr never came over but the lazy waiter did and acted like nothing was wrong! This is the Worst service I’ve ever received from any Longhorn restaurant and I Will Never be back to this one! Truly a sad disappointment. He needs re trained or let go

Took over 1 hour to get a side salad and tea. Waiting in the pickup parking for over 20 mins before walking inside to get my own food that still took over 15 mins. There was no sense of urgency at all. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and slowwwwwww. My salad was hot and not even cold anymore that’s how long it was out. I will never go to this location ever again.

Ordered 2 sirloins, only able to eat about half as to tough and chewy, was medium and still couldn’t eat, they would only offer a coupon for free appetizer….No thanks I’ll go to Texas road house from now
