I placed an order for six people to be picked up the day before Thanksgiving at 4:00 p.m.. I go to pick up the order and nobody's at the location. I called the phone number and of course nobody answers. I was actually able to gather up all my family this year to have Thanksgiving together and nothing. Let me say something about customer service. Mac’s BAR-B-Q in Midland,Tx
I was sitting in the hotel, wanting bbq, saw Mac’s menu, but one site they were closed Saturday and Sundays. Another said they were open Saturday. I decided to give them a call, if no one answers, I know they are closed.
