Employees were nice-very quiet. Ice cream was great

It’s not worth it anymore, second time in a row that I received less than half of cup of ice cream.

I ordered something the lady scooped out out of ice cream case put on the slab then she reached behind her pick up a cup and put on the slab and mix it up together also the ice cream was melting time I got to the door

Best Value? Maybe for them. Don’t get this in a cup because it could have fit in the small cup, had to peer down into the cup to find it. Had I got the waffle cone, there would be nothing to eat off the top. Ordered 3, one sat on the marble for 5 minutes while workers walked around not knowing who’s making it and asking each other who was making it. They all raised their hands like “not me” 🤷🤷‍♀️. When they made my son’s ice cream they put it in the cup then back to the marble for the “mix-ins” then back to the cup. Meanwhile my ice cream is still sitting on the marble. Needless to say our ice cream was soup by the time they finished. Never have I paid so much for so little. As for the ice cream, it’s not bad but not worth the terrible service, small portions and high price. I expected a Coldstone type experience, not even close.

Had a great experience tonight at marble slab! Bella made our ice creams and she was so sweet and friendly. She helped me picked topping that would be delicious with my ice cream choice. The place was more packed than I’ve ever seen and she was friendly, patient and helpful! She didn’t rush us out the door. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at this location! We got the raspberry with chocolate, mint w chocolate chips, and the peanut butter galaxy! We All loved out ice cream choices! I hope she is here when we stop by again!

No sugar free options in the whole place. My family loved it but as a diabetic I got to sit there and watch them eat!

I visited at 9:10pm. I went through the drive-thru and after I said my order, the worker informed me that they would not be able to mix the “mix ins.” I asked, “did y’all already wash the dishes?” She said, “no we just turn it off.” This is the third time I have gone around 9pm (I am aware they close at 9:30- I always go no less than 20 minutes before closing though.) I understand the want to “close super fast, let’s get out of here” mentality, however, there are still 20 minutes until close? What if a whole family walked in for the Marble Slab experience, and they can’t get it made to standard.. because y’all turned machinery off early. Look, y’all probably hope after you tell the customer you can’t do the mix ins, that they will leave.. so you can continue prioritizing closing tasks, however, we drove there for ice cream; we expected to be provided a service that your hours of operation say you provide until 9:30. I didn’t get an ice cream, because I’m not paying 9 dollars for a tiny amount of toppings that are not mixed in; but my boyfriend did lol. I am giving this review on his behalf (because after the third time, it’s disappointing) Some perspective would be nice- 9 dollars for ice cream- the prices don’t go down for the lack of service.

BEWARE STAY AWAY!!
My wife & kids went out for family ice cream time last night. We experienced a surprising disappointment visit. This was created by two low standard female employees. These two girls definitely rude be on means!!
Low Standards & Poor employees with no disregards to being respectful to customers and providing good service.
The female cashier rudely gave my wife a disrespectful comment that she couldn’t have another ice cream when the employee gave her the wrong one. Then another rude employee started yelling & was screaming very disrespectful, aggressive in front of my kids & customers. We where very anger with how the employees where treated us in front of are kids!!
This owner of this location does not pride itself in providing a happy customer experience for families or individuals. I say this because they hired this rude disrespectful employee that yell & talk cruelly to customers.
I will warn you not to spend your time or money at this horrible. Don’t take your kids there the employee do not greet customers with a smile or that love your job attitude.
Keep away go to Basket Robbin’s instead.
O yes by the way those two girls still work there nothing happens to them. So the owner supports this negative behavior towards customers.

Just went through to grab dessert. Strawberry milk shake taste like fake strawberry flavoring and is bland. We got a chocolate dipped done, with which the chocolate taste cheap. Cheesecake was the icecream in our cone. It taste off, bland, and foamy. Save your money, go to Baskin Robbins or Sonic. Would not recommend!

If I go to the drive through here to pay +$15 for a single quart of ice cream I expect it to made correctly. Purchased 2 quarts and one was completely wrong. Asked for 4 toppings in my ice cream.when I got home I found there was only 2 and one of those topping wasnt what i asked for. Seriously let down this time.
