Absolutely unacceptable. We purchased bread from Martinez Bakery and found it covered in mold clearly not fresh and completely unsafe for consumption. This shows a serious lack of sanitation, quality control, and basic responsibility to customers. Selling moldy food is a health risk, not a minor mistake. The fact that this even made it onto the shelf is alarming and makes it impossible to trust this business. Food safety should be the bare minimum. Do better, because this is unacceptable.

The bakery hasn't been the same. The choices of bread have been less they're making their bread later on in the afternoon now. Hopefully they can go back and having a more selections

Martinez Bakery is amazing! Their tortas are a big hit 10/10 red desebrada, every time and the conchas are always fresh and warm!! Delicious pastries and sandwiches that keep me coming back!
