It's nice to have a taste of home while out of town working. Food and service was great. Not to many places can actually cook cajun food good away from home.

Where do I start cold pasta means that you refrigerate your food and reheat. On some items I understand but pasta is easy to cook . Prices are a bit high for portion size

First time eating here. Service was good but was otherwise pretty disappointed. We both had water, but mine was yellow at the bottom. The ketchup bottle had a broken lid, was sticky with the grime of weeks worth of sticky hands holding it and the waiter admitted to dropping some of them on the floor earlier to explain the broken lid. The coconut shrimp were over done. The fries were so salty I simply couldn't eat them - we've all had salty fries and we've all eaten them anyway - these were way saltier than that. The two dishes we ordered, one was ok, the other simply wasn't right. Neither of us ate much of it and just decided to call it a loss.

First visit. Boudin balls lacked flavor and the cheese in the middle was a little different. Should have gone with the link instead. Shrimp po'boy cam with no dressing of any kind, the shrimp was extremely over cooked. Best thing about this was the fries and service. Doubt I go back.

Call my order for pick up. Get to hotel food was cold my corn cob ice cold boudin balls over cooked. It’s wasn’t worth $33.17. Didn’t enjoy
I was in town for work and decided to stop in because it was close to the hotel. What a mistake. I got the Pastalaya. It tasted like leftovers I would have at home. The pasta was a mix of overcooked and crusty. The sauce was barely there, and the chicken was very dry. Maybe try another dish, but I recommend saving yourself the trouble.

The experience of Marty Gs from the moment we walked in until we left was absolutely amazing. The food was very well session and tasted great. The boudin balls was not what I expected, they were so delicious! It is so hard for my Louisiana family to find good Cajun and well seasoned food here in west Texas. We enjoyed every bit of the food we ordered. Marty Gs definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you guys from bringing that Cajun taste to the Permian Basin. Can’t wait for crawfish season.

Everything about Marty's deserves 5 Stars. I've been eating Marty G's since he was just a food truck. I'm from LA and by far, this is the best cajun place in Midland. I'm always a fan of Redbeans and Rice!! Cest Bon!!!

You can't please everyone. The food was amazing to me. We, Midessa Ruff Ryders, went last night. 8/24/24. It was a car show event in the parking lot, and my sister saw the food truck outside and suggested we go inside. It was great for me, I got the Gumbo, look at pictures. Big ? so, I had some leftover that I took home. I'll be back for sure.

The poboy catfish sandwich I got was awesome especially with it being hard to find a good poboy in the area. The service made the visit that much better! My server was nice and attentive throughout the meal and the atmosphere overall was great. Highly recommend for good Cajun food

This place is flat out delicious!! I had this when they catered to my company a few months ago. That was a great treat.
Then I came to eat from the restaurant and it did not fail again.
It’s got indoor and outdoor seating. Although I’ve only been here for lunch and ordered take out for dinner, it’s been great service here.
Parking: At least 100 vehicles can park out in front with the other businesses.
