I'm beginning to wonder why I eat here. I like the sandwiches and tea, but I don't think it's worth spending over 38 bucks for two people. The price is a little too much for what you get in my opinion. If you want a sandwich yeah eat here, but if you don't wanna melt your debit card, go somewhere else.

McAlister's on Rankin Hwy is the absolute worst!!!. Order wrong every single time. Never fails. Workers are rude and act like they hate their job. For what we paid my toddler could have slapped on some ham on a piece of bread and it would have been better. If you must do McAlisters go to the one on wadley. They are much friendlier and caring there.

So, I ordered a large bowl of chicken tortilla soup and a small cup of broccoli cheese and ended up getting both broccoli cheese. My husband was really upset because he was sick and just wanted chicken tortilla. Because of traffic, I could not easily go back and get the order fixed ??At least the cashier was nice, but I had to BEG another employee for crackers, spoons and forks.

Would give no stars but it wouldn't let me write the review. 3 workers on walking around just starred at us and didn't take our order. 1 cook in the back looked at us and a manager looked at us and noone said anything. We left and the people behind us left. Do not recommend going to this location.

This is my first time eating at McAlister's Deli EVER! A---MAZING!!! I've been craving a Reuben sandwich for a while, and they didn't disappoint! I tacked on a Caesar salad, just because... EVERYTHING was fresh! The restaurant is spotless and the staff is very friendly! Magaly (FOH) was great! This was an excellent idea for me to get lunch here! I can't believe I've NEVER tried eating here until now... I'll definitely be back!

The food is good but the service is horrible. I am pretty easy to get along with but can't do rude behavior. When the person at the register made a mistake her entire attitude went south, like it was my fault she didn't hear me. So after that it was a no go. I called back to talk to her manager and she answered the phone, she asked who I was, I said a customer and she said well we are busy call back in 15-20 minutes. Then hung up. Wow!!!

Stopped in for a dinner night before thanksgiving. Salad and sandwich were fresh and well prepared. Angelica took great care of us. Thanks for a good dinner
