Went to get me breakfast ordered me number 10 steak egg and cheese bagel meal I asked the lady why does my sandwich does not come with cheese and she said do I want slice and cheese and put on my sandwich and I told her wait what absolutely no is not my responsibility to do the job right I took a picture of it and like to share but I don't know how to upload it

I received my food under cooked full of blood, I submit a complaint thru the carrillos hospitality email and they never answered plus the survey from the ticket ,Plus when we ask for ketchup the grap a whole hand of pockets and dropped at the bag .
