actually the most useless employees i’ve ever interacted with waited 33 whole minutes on our order seeing people come in way after us sitting down and eating and watching the whole rush of the restaurant leave just fir the woman at the front to tell us that this order was already made and take saying she saw a girl grab it then she said she saw us grab it EVEN THOUGH ONE OF US DOSENT HAVE ANY FOOD IN HAND come to find out the order wasn’t even registered and we had to wait for them to make another we ended up being late to school and had to get tardy passes this is the second time we’ve gone here as a small group and our orders were not received until half the restaurant was gone i thought this time would be at least a little but different apparently not

I showed up at 5:15am right after they opened. Ordered my breakfast and it was ready right away. I've been to other McDonald's shortly after they opened and was told, sorry, we don't have anything ready yet. So thank you for the great service and organization.

Rural Fiction Magazine

This evening (January 26, 2025) at about 7:15, my wife was going through the drive-thru and had ordered for her and our son. When the bag with the food came, the young man at the window looked inside the open bag to check if everything was there and yawned into the bag. I am sure this wasn't intentional. He just wasn't thinking and yawning is a perfectly normal human act, but under no circumstances should he yawn over or into someone's food. In this age of Covid, this is very unsanitary. If he is going to check the food, he should at least wear a mask or avoid yawning, sneezing, or coughing even near the bag while wearing a mask. If he happens to be sick and passes it on to my wife, then we have to pay her doctor's bills. This is very disappointing and unsettling. The manager should ensure all her employees are well-trained in health and safety procedures. I have to wonder what the local department of health would think of this slip up. My wife had them remake the order and all proceeded smoothly thereafter.

So last night on 1/5/25 I placed a app order and went to get my food i parked in the stall and entered the number and all the app would.do.was try and load i sat there for 10 minutes and finally went through the drive thru they then proceed to tell me that my order didn't go through when clearly it did cause it charges my card and showed the receipt on the app they then took my phone and were taking pictures of it and after another 10 minutes in the drive thru they gave me my phone back and said that there was no order and they refused to give me my food and then canceled my app order and we're very very rude and told me it would be 1 to 7 days before I got a refund
