Went to the drive-through as they were serving about eight people and when I get there, they tell me they’re closed as they’re still actively serving people when I had already paid for the food and they still denied me

Very disrespectful to customers. They ignore working the register and customers wanting assistance on the a.m. shift watching customers walk away instead of taking their order,
and when you do get their attention the manager and team rather point as if offended at the order system in the front of the register in a disrespectful way.
This store lose tons of sales this away I'm sure.
I've experienced when the team is trash the food is to not to be trusted so I took my money elsewhere. I'll make sure I will avoid this McDonald's with all costs.

This & other McDonald’s suck azz…you should not completely replace the PERSON at the counter.. Your kiosk can not personalize my order like I like ….This should be fixed immediately at all your restaurants… I have been to 3 in last week…and refuse to go back. Maybe you won’t miss one customer..maybe you will & change this …
I'd be very careful if ordering late or using Uber late,I've checked times on which menu they're making,more than once they refused to even start my order,they wait till they can use we're only making breakfast,I put in my last order at around 3:30 am,literally waited till 5 before they said anything to my driver.
It's the only place near by my house but they've messed up my order more time than I can count,last few times I actually talked to someone I was met with nothing but rudeness,I highly believe corporate should revamp the employees at this location because clearly this isn't the job for you.

Typical McDonald's food but you must use self service kiosk. Nobody knew how to use the cash register.

I ordered 2 plain spicy mcchickens both were cold and smothered in mayo when I specifically asked for none fries were cold and soggy every other McDonald's in the area is sooo much better then this one just really how hard is it to read simple instructions and follow them

The service sucks I’m definitely not going there or to any McDonald’s soon… they was rude, nobody wanted to help am was told to used to box to order but won’t assist smh an food took forever an was cold.. I ask the manager a she was rude aswell, couldn’t speak much English or she was acting like she couldn’t either way BIGGGGGG NOOO NOO… i wouldn’t even give them one star bad smh

It's okay they can be rude sometimes
I recently came here for breakfast and the lady in drive-thru messed up my order. I proceeded to tell her at the window, in which she told me it was done. She repeated it's already done several times as if she would not fix my food. The worker continually gave me attitude even though I paid for my food despite her not fixing it and slammed the window in my face while I was talking to her. I will not be going here again 0/10 recommend when it comes to service.

I notice that in every Mc location when they are busy , always something missing in your order.
I’m not talking about food but about ingredients.
so basically they make the job easier for them, and for us we paying extra money for nothing
