I'm disabled so I only use drive thru. I say for 40 minutes in line on my way to work just to get to the speaker and be told the drive thru is closed and they will only be filling orders from the dining room. I told them I'm disabled and can't go inside. I waited 5 minutes for a response but they just ignored me.

I would leave them a zero review. Came in off the road and wanted to order something to eat. Sit at the register for a good 5 to 7 minutes. You got seven people back there just stand there talking. Finally the manager walks up to me and I told her I’d like to place an order and she led me to a kiosk and wants me to ring up my own meal. So how can you run a business and pay employees? When I come in to order you want me to place my own order and pay for the food. It’s not like you offer a discount for us doing your job. I am not receiving a paycheck. What are you getting paid for? Don’t worry I took my business else where as I hope everyone else would. Unless you like working for free.
